Every artist starts somewhere. These collections feature drawings, paintings, and sketchbook pages I created throughout childhood. Looking back at these early works, I can already see my curiosity about storytelling, color, and expressive figures. Rather than polished pieces, these works serve as a record of the creative instincts that continue to shape my practice today.

Hello, I’m Tysheona Singleton, a Tulsa-based mixed-media artist exploring identity, nature, and the beauty found between softness and strength. Working across acrylic, watercolor, sand, and natural materials, I create textured works that blend figurative imagery with abstraction.

My creative journey began with traditional art, expanded through digital illustration and graphic design, and eventually brought me back to painting. Today, my practice continues to evolve as I explore Black femininity, emotional grounding, and the relationship between the human body and the natural world.
